<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Vodu nalejeme do kanvice a dáme variť (ak nemáme kanvicu, môžeme ju uvariť aj na sporáku). Medzitým ako sa voda varí, nasypeme kuskus do misky a nakrájame zeleninu, aj mozzarelu. Potom kuskus zalejeme vriacou vodou (asi 0,5 cm nad), a počkáme kým ju vsiakne. Keď je kuskus hotový, polejeme ho troškou olivového oleja, dochutíme soľou, korením, kurkumou a dobre premiešame.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Potom do neho vsypeme nakrájanú zeleninu, tuniaka z konzervy a mozzarelu, všetko spolu opäť dobre premiešame a môžeme podávať.</span></p>

Medzitým si nakrájame mozzarelu, prosciutto,sušené paradajky a pažítku. Keď sú cestoviny hotové, scedíme ich a vložíme na tanier. Teraz pridáme do cestovín nakrájané suroviny a pár kvapiek olivového oleja a premiešame. Nakoniec ešte dochutíme soľou, korením a bazalkou a podávame. </span></p>

Nakoniec pridáme ešte osmahnutý tempeh, nakrájané uhorky a podávame.</span></p>

Potom zmiešame jogurt s pár lyžičkami dijónskej horčice, a zmiešame so zeleninou. Chlebík nakrájame na kocky a osmahneme na suchej panvici. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br />

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Cibuľu a cesnak nakrájaný na jemno si opražíme na oleji (v hrnci), keď je akurát pridáme umytú, naružičkovanú brokolicu a spolu pražíme.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Asi po 5 minútach podlejeme vodou, osolíme a pridáme ošúpané zemiaky nakrájané na kocky. Spolu dusíme a potom  okoreníme. Keď brokolica a zemiaky dostatočne zmäkli, rozmixujeme ich tyčovým mixérom a potom pridáme smotanu. Všetko spolu premiešame a necháme už len trošku prevariť.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Nakoniec podávame s nastrúhaným syrom a s krutónmi s opraženého kváskového pečiva.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Vodu nalejeme do kanvice a dáme variť (ak nemáme kanvicu, môžeme ju uvariť aj na sporáku). Medzitým ako sa voda varí, nasypeme kuskus do misky a nakrájame tempeh na plátky, ktoré dáme na suchú panvicu osmahnúť.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Kuskus zalejeme horúcou vodou (asi 0,5 cm nad) a necháme, aby nasiakol vodu. Potom nakrájame kyslé uhorky na kolieska a hotový kuskus pokvapkáme olivovým olejom, dochutíme koreninami a soľou a premiešame. Nakoniec pridáme ešte osmahnutý tempeh, nakrájané uhorky a podávame.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Rukolu, paradajky, papriku, uhorku, avokádo umyjeme očistíme, nakrájame a dáme do misky. Potom zmiešame jogurt s pár lyžičkami dijónskej horčice, a zmiešame so zeleninou. Chlebík nakrájame na kocky a osmahneme na suchej panvici. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br />

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Cibuľu a cesnak nakrájaný na jemno si opražíme na oleji (v hrnci), keď je akurát pridáme umytú, naružičkovanú brokolicu a spolu pražíme.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Asi po 5 minútach podlejeme vodou, osolíme a pridáme ošúpané zemiaky nakrájané na kocky. Spolu dusíme a potom  okoreníme. Keď brokolica a zemiaky dostatočne zmäkli, rozmixujeme ich tyčovým mixérom a potom pridáme smotanu. Všetko spolu premiešame a necháme už len trošku prevariť.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Nakoniec podávame s nastrúhaným syrom a s krutónmi s opraženého kváskového pečiva.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">Bataty ošúpeme a dáme variť. Medzitým si lososa osolíme, okoreníme a upečieme na panvici. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">Keď sú bataty hotové, dáme do hrnca rozpustiť maslo a speníme na ňom cesnak. Nakoniec pridáme bataty, ktoré dochutíme soľou a premiešame s cesnakom a maslo. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">Nakoniec lososa podávame s batatovým pyré a so zeleninou.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">Medzitým si umyjeme a očistíme lososa od kože a nakrajame na kocky. Keď je mrkva hotová scedíme ju a zmiešame s lososom, horčicou, umytým špenátom a grilujeme na rozpálenej panvice. </span></p>

<li><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">1 plátok prosciutta </span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">1 plátok morčacej šunky </span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">30 g mäkký kozí syr </span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Najskôr si pripravíme vajičkovú pomazánku.<br />
</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Dáme uvariť 2 vajíčka na tvrdo a keď sú hotové nakrájame ich na kocky a zmiešame s asi polovicou cottage cheesu, 1 ČL horčice a pokrájanou cibuľou. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">Potom lavaš chlebík potrieme pomazánkou, ktorá bude tvoriť základ. Na to uložíme plátok prosciutta, šunky, plátky kozieho syra, zabalíme a dáme zapiecť buď do toastovaču, alebo na suchú panvicu. </span></p>

</ul>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">Prepláchneme bulgur a dáme variť. Potom necháme rozpáliť panvicu a zatiaľ nakrájame cibuľu, </span><span style="color: #000000;">ktorú orestujeme na troške oleja. </span><span style="color: #000000;">Tekvicu umyjeme a nakrájame na kocky. </span><span style="color: #000000;">Keď je cibuľa orestovaná pridáme k nej asi 2/3 tekvice premiešame a necháme osmahnúť.</span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;">Nakoniec zalejeme vodou, pridáme bobkový list a necháme dusiť. </span><span style="color: #000000;">Zvyšnú 1/3 dáme na druhú panvicu a orestujeme.</span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;">Keď je bulgur hotový zlejeme ho a čakáme kým hokaido nezmäkne. </span><span style="color: #000000;">Ked už je tekvica mäkká, tak zoberieme tyčový mixér a rozmixujeme do hladka. </span><span style="color: #000000;">Potom k nej pridáme bulgur, postrúhaný parmezán, pokrajané paradajky, soľ a dobre</span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;">premiešame. </span><span style="color: #000000;">Nakoniec pridáme kúsky orestovanej tekvice a orechy, ktoré sme si tiež len tak na sucho </span><span style="color: #000000;">otestovali na panvici. Opäť dobre premiešame a podávame.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Rukolu, paradajky, papriku, uhorku, avokádo umyjeme očistíme, nakrájame a dáme do misky. Potom zmiešame jogurt s pár lyžičkami dijónskej horčice, a zmiešame so zeleninou. Chlebík nakrájame na kocky a osmahneme na suchej panvici. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br />

<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">Vodu nalejeme do kanvice a dáme variť (ak nemáme kanvicu, môžeme ju uvariť aj na sporáku). Medzitým ako sa voda varí, nasypeme kuskus do misky a nakrájame zeleninu, aj mozzarelu. Potom kuskus zalejeme vriacou vodou (asi 0,5 cm nad), a počkáme kým ju vsiakne. Keď je kuskus hotový, polejeme ho troškou olivového oleja, dochutíme soľou, korením, kurkumou a dobre premiešame.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">Na halušky budeme potrebovať:</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">250 g ražnej celozrnnej múky</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">100 g baby špenátu</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">2 ks stredne veľkých zemiakov</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">2 vajíčka</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">mozzarellu a bryndzu</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">soľ na dochutenie</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">Ako prvé si dáme zovrieť vodu do hlbokého hrnca. Potom rozmixujeme umyté a ošúpane zemiaky s baby špenátom a cesnakom v mixéry sekačiku</span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;">do hladkej konzistencie, ktorú vlejeme do misky. Pridáme múku, vajcia soľ a dobre zamiešame (cesto má správnu konzistenciu vtedy, keď v ňom stojí varecha).</span><br />
<span style="color: #000000;">Cesto pretláčame cez sito (na halušky) do vriacej osolenej vody. Počas varenia halušky občas premiešame (aby sa nám nezlepili). Varíme ich približne 10 minút, až kým nevyplávajú na povrch.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">Medzitým dáme do wok panvice rozpustiť mozzarelu a bryndzu a podlejeme to troškou mlieka. Keď je mozzarella aj bryndza rozpustená, pridáme halušky a všetko spolu dobre premiešame.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">Nakoniec na suchej panvici osmahneme plátok prosciutta, ktorý servírujeme na vrch hotových halušiek.</span></p>
